Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled by informing our team at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Program Cancellation by Participant

Once a participant is enrolled in a Nibbana Transformation Program, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refund.

Program Cancellation by Nibbana Ayurveda

Nibbana Ayurveda reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session, consultation, or program due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases : An alternative session may be offered.

No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled consultation, Zoom session, or program without prior notice, the fee shall be considered utilized and no refund will be be provided.
