Please read all service, consultation, program, payment, and registration details carefully before making any payment. Ensure that you provide and verify all required information before completing your payment. Once payment is made, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the applicable details, terms, and conditions.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Nibbana Ayurveda are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Consultation fees, Appointment fees, Nibbana Transformation Program registration fees, Wellness program fees, Online or offline session fees, Any other service or program payments, No refund, cancellation refund, or partial refund will be provided after payment has been completed.

Responsibility Before Payment

Before making payment, you are responsible for:

Reading all service and program details carefully.

Understanding the fees, schedule, duration, inclusions, and requirements.

Providing accurate personal and contact information.

Confirming that the selected service or program is suitable for you.

Clarifying any questions with Nibbana Ayurveda before payment.

Once payment is completed, it will be considered final and accepted by you.

Duplicate Payments

If the same payment is accidentally deducted more than once due to a verified technical or payment-processing error, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. Any resolution will be considered only after verification and at the sole discretion of Nibbana Ayurveda.

Failed Transactions

If your account is debited but your registration or booking is not confirmed, please contact us with the payment and transaction details. The matter will be reviewed and resolved after verification in accordance with the applicable payment gateway process. This does not constitute a general refund entitlement.

Changes or Rescheduling

Any request to change, reschedule, or transfer a consultation, session, or program will be considered at the sole discretion of Nibbana Ayurveda and will not create an automatic right to a refund.
